The ACDP Network’s mission is to create a thriving African Canadian Community through the strengthening of families, the mobilization of community assets, capacity building, the promotion of healthy practices and the development of economic opportunities, education, housing and cultural pride.

The Mission of the Cote-des-Neiges Black Community Association is to ensure that Black people of African descent, along with other cultural communities, achieve their fullest social, economic and intellectual potential within Quebec society by providing them with needed services and representation. The Mission of the organization is also to help in obliterating the stigmas and stereotypical attitudes of the broader society.
